Le mandat principal du Chef de Approvisionnement est de développer et d'exécuter un plan d'approvisionnement efficace pour livrer le niveau de service et la rentabilité cibles pour la catégorie Produits congelés d'Agropur en étroite collaboration avec les autres fonctions des équipes S&OP (planification de la demande, collaboration clients) et des opérations.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Est responsable du plan d'approvisionnement de la catégorie et des stratégies d'inventaire afin offrir les niveaux de service cibles à nos clients au coût le plus bas possible pour notre coopérative;
- Dirige et est responsable des activités de revue de l'approvisionnement dans le cadre du processus de planification intégrée des activités (IBP);
- Gère la capacité de production à court et à long terme;
- Développe et partage avec les équipes des opérations, de la logistique, des finances et des ventes une visibilité à long terme sur l'utilisation des capacités et propose des plans d'optimisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour augmenter le volume des ventes et améliorer la rentabilité de nos opérations;
- Gère les indicateurs clés de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et construit des plans d'amélioration pour améliorer les résultats;
- Représente S&OP, pour le développement de nouveaux produits, au sein des équipes de lancement multifonctionnelles et s'assure que des plans appropriés sont créés pour soutenir les lancements et minimiser les risques;
- Est un ambassadeur de la méthodologie d'amélioration continue de la coopérative;
- Établit les besoins technologiques et les améliorations aux différents outils reliés à la planification des approvisionnements en collaboration avec le Centre d’excellence en planification et l’équipe des technologies de l'information;
- Développe une équipe engagée et performante.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- 5 à 7 ans dans un rôle de planification de l'approvisionnement ou expérience similaire au sein de la planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (planification de la demande, ordonnancement de la production, etc.) dans un environnement de produits de consommation
- Baccalauréat en chaîne d'approvisionnement, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe et/ou titre professionnel en chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Capacité à comparer les meilleures pratiques et à favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue
- Compétence démontrée dans les statistiques, la planification et les méthodes de gestion des stocks avec une compréhension de leurs impacts financiers et opérationnels
- Compétences exceptionnelles en gestion du changement en termes d'adoption et d'exploitation des outils et de la technologie
- Expérience avec SAP, Excel et des outils avancées de planification un atout
- Les certifications APICS et Six Sigma, un atout

The Supply planning Manager’s main mandate is to build and execute an effective supply plan to deliver on target service level and profitability for the Frozen category of Agropur. Work in close collaboration with the other functions of S&OP (Demand Planning, Customer Collaboration) and operations teams.

**What’s involved in this role**:

- Own and develop the Frozen category supply plan and inventory strategies to drive highest possible service levels to our customers at the lowest possible cost for our cooperative.
- Lead and be accountable for the supply review activities as part of the integrated business planning process (IBP).
- Manage short term and long-term manufacturing capacity
- Develop and share with the Operations, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams long term visibility on capacity utilization and proposes supply chain optimization plans to enhance sales volume and improve profitability of our operations.
- Oversee the key indicators for the supply chain and build improvement plans to always improve results.
- Represents S&OP, for new product development, on cross functional launch teams and ensure proper plans are created to support the launch
