**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the adapted bike program, ensuring it meets the needs of children with physical disabilities
- Manage the learn to ride program, ensuring children with disabilities learn to ride bikes with adaptations
- Oversee operations and development of the social enterprise bike shop, including financial oversight
- Develop family support and engagement programs that provide valuable resources and community connections
- Liaise with the program coordinator to organize and execute member events, summer camp, virtual programs
- Work with the marketing and social media team to promote CP Kids & Families
- Liaise with the Volunteer Coordinator to utilize volunteers within the programs
- Ensure team members are trained and equipped to provide high-quality, compassionate service
- Foster relationships with community partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Report to the Executive Director on program progress and challenges
- Manage metrics, evaluation and outcome reports
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Non-profit Management, or a related field
- A business acumen with a strategic ability
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting
- Experience working with children with disabilities and their families is highly desirable
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs
- Proficient in computer software and program management tools
