FarOut Wilderness is an adventure vehicle rental company located in Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We specialize in providing our clients with the ultimate outdoor experience, allowing them to explore the stunning natural beauty of the island at their own pace.

As our Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have an unforgettable experience. Your duties will include
- Vehicle cleaning and turnaround - making sure that when you're finished you can't help but turn your head an go, woah that looks good.
- Client handovers - The vehicle is simply the means to explore, our clients come for the experience and this is all part of that experience, wow them with your detailed handovers.
- Customer service - We take this really seriously, every client deserves the best customer service from start to finish.
- You must be willing to get your hands dirty, as our vehicles come back from their adventures looking quite rugged and we send them back out sparkling and pristine.

To be considered for this position, you must have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a love for the great outdoors. You should also have a background knowledge of Vancouver Island and British Columbia, as this will be essential in helping our clients plan their itineraries.

The Cons: Lets be honest, every job has them and we want to be as open as possible so we don't waste your time.
- Due to the nature of the business it's difficult to offer structured Monday-friday set hours. We have peaks and troughs throughout the season as vehicles come in and go out, some weeks are close to full time and some are only a handful of hours, we try our best to keep things as regular as possible, but should be a consideration for anyone applying.
- Attention to detail: We really believe its the little things that count, and having attention to detail is pretty important in this role, we aim for that wow factor every time a client picks up a vehicle, we want each handover as smooth as possible.
- There is a lot of car washing involved.....I do mean a lot......they get mud in places I didnt know was possible.
- It is seasonal work and we wind down around October
