Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Manager, Global IT Finance to join our client.

Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $63.39 to $75.61 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible in the preparation of consolidated technology financial results and analysis
- Plays a key role in the annual planning process and monthly reporting of global technology expenses. This includes partnering with other teams within Global FP&A, Accounting Operations, Technology Strategy and IT segment teams and consolidating financial results in a clear and concise manner
- Gain a solid understanding of current systems & tools to ensure data is correctly extracted for consolidation and analysis purposes
- Collaborate and partner with IT Finance segments to understand segments monthly variances and consolidate commentaries for review
- Perform key financial analysis on technology spending, including tracking and reporting of financial KPIs
- Maintain strong working relationships across IT Finance team
- Support the IT Strategy team by providing financial analysis and advice for strategic initiatives, analysis and management reporting
- Work to continuously improve processes to gain efficiency in production, standardize/ simplify and enhance quality of information
- Support transformation initiatives
- Provides support and analyses for ad-hoc analysis and requests

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting finance function
- In-depth experience with consolidation, budgeting/ forecasting, management reporting process, controls, and proven ability to collaborate within a highly matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills - understand the drivers behind numbers and use analytical skills and critical thinking to tell the story
- Technical capability - ability to assimilate/summarize a large amount of information from multiple sources and present in a value-added form for senior management
- Experience in Power BI and Smart View with advanced excel skills
