**What are we looking for?**

We are searching for an ambitious Assistant Manager of Finance to join our lean but mighty Finance team. This is a newly created role that will report to the Manager of Finance. This role will oversee a variety of initiatives like leading the month end close as well as day to day accounting. As the Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Finance function and taking our business to new heights. This role will support the Manager of Finance to build and replicate processes as well as support our M+A goals and the subsequent integrations. Day to day, this role will contribute with all the aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting.

- You're a numbers expert. You're a master with spreadsheets, you enjoy building models, and thrive with analyzing financials/KPIs to identify trends leading to value creation opportunities.

- You're not afraid to get your hands dirty. No task is too small, and as a member of a small finance department, within a growing company, you will do what it takes to hit deadlines and deliverables. You'll put out fires when they (inevitably) pop up. You thrive under high pressure situations and enjoy keeping others calm, and on task.
- Our business is very fast moving, and our team is responsive and readily adapts to new challenges. You are adaptable but a sharp study who can thrive in a culture of change but applies their learnings and experience as we grow. Our business frequently extends beyond core business hours, you will rise to the challenge to deliver what needs to be done.
- You have your CPA, or you are working towards designation.

**Bonus Points**:

- You have experience or some knowledge of Sage Intacct, Microsoft PowerBI, and/or Salesforce (CRM). If these tools are new to you, come ready to learn and grow
- You are familiar with multi-currency and consolidations.
- You have experience with integrations and system change management.
