HR/Administrator Full Time: Monday to Friday
- Processing employee hiring, onboarding, employee documentations/records, and termination/resigning/layoff
- Processing employee payroll accurately and timely
- Answering employee questions related to payroll, time tracking, policies, or any other HR related question
- Provide support in creating offer letters, collecting all the necessary information, ensuring onboarding documents are ready by the employee's start date.
- Maintaining Health and Safety policy within the company
- Develop and maintain the firm’s organizational and filing systems, document
- Assisted in creating and maintain company's policies
- Provide administrative support to owner and employees, including answering telephones, assisting with scheduling and correspondence
- Managing and maintaining office supplies including organizing office supplies, placing orders, and regularly checking the quantity of supplies.
- Assist in maintaining client-relationship processes
