Beautiful new multidisciplinary Medical Practice (GP & Specialists), including Medical Aesthetics Services, seeking the right person to join our team
**Administration and Patient Care Services**
- Front Reception and Clinical MOA duties
- Booking appointments - Patient Scheduling & Follow Up
- Handling busy phone lines
- EMR experience: MedAccess preferred
- Prior Medical Office Assistant experience or New Grad
- Fundamental Bookkeeping, taking payments, handling cash
- Proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Office, Excel, EMR
- Able and willing to learn new software and technologies
- Able to multitask
- Customer service oriented with a friendly personality
- Team Player is a must
**Required Education, Personal Qualities, and Experiences**
- New MOA Grads welcome to apply
- Experience welcome but looking for a team-oriented person with a keen attitude and great customer service skills.
- Ability to handle busy phone lines
- You have experience with an EMR system ( Med Access)
- You are computer-literate
- You have knowledge of general office procedures and can work together and independently and resolve administrative and patient care concerns
- You are self-motivated to balance and can organize a number of responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment while ensuring attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- You are outgoing and you enjoy talking to people while maintaining client confidentiality and respecting boundaries
- You have excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with a multidisciplinary team
- You are skillful in educating clients about different products/services in a language that is elegant and simple
- You are reliable with the demonstrated excellent work ethic
- You are continuously excited about personal and professional growth
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
