Ready to become a Mogo product know-it-all? The Mogo Product Specialist (CSR) is our member’s go-to for any and all questions pertaining to Mogo’s suite of products. In this role, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a genuine passion for leading edge technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace of ever-changing processes and products.

**What you’ll do**:

- Use technology platforms effectively to communicate with members
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all communication
- Ensure MogoMembers are educated about Mogo’s entire suite of products and understand the benefits
- Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using our suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements

**What you’ll need**:

- A genuine passion for Mogo’s products and services
- Open availability to work full time day, evening, and weekend shifts as required
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private place to work from home
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic organization, with a focus on flexibility to keep up with changes
- Intermediate experience using multiple computer systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Tech savvy, comfortable navigating and working with smart phones, computers, tablets etc
- _ Experience working in a call centre environment a plus_
- _ Experience working in a remote environment is an asset_

**Note: This is a full-time role **and has an hourly rate of $15.50/hr.**
