Position: Assistant Store Manager

Location:515 Bloor Street West,Toronto

Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure a high standard of service and teamwork.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.

Assist in implementing and upholding health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.

Address customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all patrons.

Contribute to creating a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and effective communication.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the food service industry.

Passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong understanding of Japanese curry dishes.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Proficient in communication, both verbal and written, in English and preferably Japanese.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
