Overview of the Role:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for Maintenance stores inventories, repairable spares and work orders relating to purchased parts.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm MST

Salary: $58970 to $77420

How you will make contributions that matter:
- Follow-up on deliveries and placed in stock;- Manage purchase orders and packing slips;- Ensure accuracy of inventory in the system and on the shelves;- Perform weekly inventory checks;- Manage purchase orders, retrieve data and track parts from priority shipments;- Properly inputs received materials into the computer system and forwards proper documentation to the necessary Department.- Allocating parts to work orders- Invoices’ accuracy- Responsible for the shipping of maintenance parts for repair;- Daily receiving of materials- Update daily inventory movements which consists of withdrawals, receipts and returns to stores;- Analyze and reconcile cycle counts variance;- Ensure accurate receiving- Review obsolete items or slow-moving parts with Buyer and Maintenance Manager- Ensure monthly FIIX PMs list generation- Prepare Monthly Inventory report and update the R&M Budget Tracker- Ensure all work is performed safely while following OH&S, WCB, and Company regulations and procedures- Ensure work area is clean and organized- Performs other duties as required.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent;- Experience with a CMMS system. SAP an asset.- Strong PC skills and data entry skills;- Excellent written and oral communication skills;- Proven organization skills;- Highly self-motivated and self-initiative, with the ability to work without direct supervision;- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs;- Forklift training an asset;- Receiving experience preferred and must be comfortable working with numbers;- Proven time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize initiatives
