**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an entry level position and in this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth by effectively analyzing market trends and customer needs, while utilizing your technical sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
- Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate the value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand your professional network.
- Participate in industry trade shows and networking events as required. This includes preparing promotional materials, setting up the company booth, and actively engaging with attendees to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
- Undertake any additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities that fall within the scope of the role, adapting to meet the evolving needs of the business.
**Experience**
- 1 to 2 years experience
- Experience in marketing outside sales or business development
- Post-secondary education in marketing and sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions effectively.
- Proficiency computer skills, excel and using CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
- Great communication skills
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.

Pay: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
