**Sommaire du poste**:
Relevant de la spécialiste, récompenses et bien-être, le ou la coordonnateur(trice) bilingue des avantages sociaux participera à l’administration des régimes d’avantages sociaux et de retraite de l’entreprise et assurera le soutien et la mise à jour des renseignements sur les membres du personnel utilisant le logiciel de gestion des ressources humaines.

**Responsabilités**

**Administration des avantages sociaux**:

- Aider les employés à s’inscrire aux programmes d’avantages sociaux, tels que l’assurance santé et dentaire et les régimes d’épargne-retraite dans un environnement multirégime et multifournisseur;
- Faire des présentations et tenir des réunions pour expliquer les avantages sociaux aux employés;
- Assurer la liaison avec les compagnies d’assurance au nom des employés et de la société;
- Informer les employés de toute modification apportée à leurs avantages sociaux;
- Répondre aux questions ou aux préoccupations des employés concernant leurs avantages sociaux;
- Tenir à jour les dossiers relatifs aux avantages sociaux des membres du personnel;
- Coordonner l’administration des régimes d’assurance invalidité, d’assurance collective, d’épargne et d’autres avantages sociaux avec les partenaires sous-traitants;
- Administrer les régimes d’avantages sociaux conformément aux politiques des régimes, à la loi en vigueur et aux exigences en matière de gouvernance d’entreprise;
- Communiquer aux membres et aux fournisseurs externes des renseignements sur les questions clés relatives aux régimes d’avantages sociaux;
- Rédiger les communications aux membres du régime en cas de modifications apportées aux régimes;
- Tenir et mettre à jour les différents documents relatifs au régime, au besoin;
- Coordonner les activités et les mesures de rémunération liées à l’invalidité à court terme et les transmettre aux échelons supérieurs concernés;
- Coordonner les demandes de congé des employés (de maternité, parental, personnel, sans solde, etc.);
- Assurer le maintien du processus de versement direct de la paie pour les employés en congé autorisé;
- Apporter un soutien additionnel à l’équipe des RH, selon les besoins.

**Système intégré des ressources humaines (SIRH)**:

- Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés et le flux de travail les concernant et s’assurer que l'entrées de données saisies sont exactes et cohérentes en ce qui concerne les ajustements organisationnels, les augmentations salairiale, les transferts de centres de coûts et les promotions et préparer les documents relatifs avec ces changements. ;
- Vérifier les données des employés pour s’assurer de l’intégrité des données et prendre les actions nécessaires dans le système, telles que les tâches de processus d’affaires en suspens, les adresses courriel professionnelles, les coordonnées des personnes à contacter en cas d’urgence, les motifs de cessation d’emploi et les entrées des nouveaux employés.
- Assurer la tenue des dossiers de données relatifs aux suivix des dossiers des employés en papier ou électronique;
- Préparer en temps opportun différentes lettres aux employés en dehors du cadre opérationnel du SIRH (lettre d’intention, arriérés d’avantages sociaux, etc.).

**Formation et compétences**
- Au moins cinq (5) ans d’expérience et une excellente connaissance de l’administration et de la conformité des régimes d’avantages sociaux;
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un autre domaine pertinent;
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Une bonne compréhension des lois provinciales et fédérales en vigueur;
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de service à la clientèle;
- Expérience dans la prestation de services directs aux promoteurs de régimes et aux personnes participant à ces régimes;
- Excellentes compétences en mathématiques et en analyse;
- Maîtrise de la Suite MS Office; notamment Excel et Word;
- Forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle, capacité à faire preuve de tact, de diplomatie et de professionnalisme;
- Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités;
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement (à l’écrit et à l’oral) avec les personnes à tous les échelons de l’organisation;
- Capacité à travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu’au sein d’une équipe;
- Capacité à respecter un haut niveau de confidentialité;
