**Contracts & Risk Management Specialist**:

The contract & risk management specialist is responsible for performing various tasks in order to assist our local sales organization in consistent management of all proposals and contracts including, but not limited to sales and sales support policies, blanket waivers and frame agreements. Implement and operationalize best practices and guidelines to ensure a complete preparation of the relevant documentation re-quired to effectively support the preparation of local risk reviews.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supports the sales team through swift and precise preparation, administration, and fulfil-ment of contracts within the area of responsibility and enforces organizational principles of in-tegrity and compliance.
- Conducts contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitates pricing discussions, and obtains senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
- Owns the risk review process, ensuring timely and proper preparation of risk review materi-al and leads risk review meetings.
- Assists in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities.
- Investigates root causes of operational risks and provides support to mitigate risk.
- Develops strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing is-sues/concerns in timely manner.
- Maintains documentation for risk management and risk policies and procedures.
- Review significant contracts, such as frame agreements, blanket waivers and proposals
- Initiate and maintain risk review process in the appropriate ABB database/platforms.
- Reviewing and updating Local RR policy to in line with GRR policy changes. Ensuring the exe-cution of RR regulation in local
- Support onboarding of new and modifications of channel partners, by leading the third par-ty management policy activities within

**Your background**:

- Experience in risk assessment
- Knowledge of the B2B electrical industry is an asset
- Sales cycle knowledge
- Ability to work well with cross functional workstream teams
- Continuous improvement experience desired
