**Your r**esponsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
- Manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently to meet financial objectives
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost control
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Develop project plans that align with client goals and regularly communicate project progress and updates
- Liaise with internal teams, including engineers, supervisors, and mechanics, to ensure project requirements are met
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Conduct weekly operation meetings and prepare minutes of discussions
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion of project deliverables
- Manage relationships to stay within budget constraints and uphold quality standards
- Identify and assess project risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues
- Implement risk mitigation plans and monitor ongoing risk factors throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects comply with safety, elevator code, and quality standards
- Manage project documentation, including plans, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant documents
- Assist with submission of all relative documentation to AHJ’s in area
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Implement strategies to keep projects on track and address any deviations from the plan
- Conduct post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements based on the evaluation to enhance future project execution

**Who we are looking for**:
**Your qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a construction environment
- Bachelors’ degree in related discipline
- Project Management Certification is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
- Strong time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action
