**What You Get to Do**:

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Influence and execute the Integration Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) strategy
- Define project technical requirements, build business cases, and participate in the selection of service implementers/providers.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure code quality meets minimum requirements.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and can be supported effectively.
- Manage backlog of enhancements and release schedules.
- Oversee and facilitate third-party vendors and service providers.
- Lead and guide interrelated geospatial activities.
- Escalate project risks and vendor concerns to IT and Business leadership.
- Communicate effectively across all areas of the organization.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical release consultation.
- Assist the team in troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance geospatial and technical capabilities
- Maintain an understanding of the overall geospatial landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead technical teams.
- Strong understanding of overall IT architecture
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terms to non-IT stakeholders.
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS; and Hexagon G/Technology is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
