Currently, our team consists of dedicated chiropractors, skilled massage therapists, and a passionate naturopathic doctor. As we continue to grow and expand our services to meet the demand, we are excited to welcome a Clinic Experience Manager to our dynamic team.

Job Title: Clinic Experience Manager

Schedule: 25 hours/week. Monday - Friday morning, afternoon + evening shifts

Location: South End of Guelph

Role and Responsibilities: As the Clinic Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of function health + wellness. Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming and checking in patients, providing them with a positive and inviting experience.
- Offering comprehensive information about our clinic's services, including chiropractic, massage therapy, and naturopathic medicine, to prospective and existing patients.
- Establishing and maintaining streamlined organizational systems and effective clinic communication procedures.
- Overseeing the performance of the clinic experience team and providing constructive feedback to facilitate their growth and development.
- Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with clinic owners to discuss business growth strategies and planning.
- Assisting in growth and management of the clinic experience team including hiring, training, and handling day to day operations.

Role Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and patients.
- Proficiency in administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and faxing.
- High competence with JaneApp, our online software, to manage patient records and appointments effectively.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration is desirable but not required.
- Openness to receiving and providing feedback to promote continuous improvement within the team.
- Reliable transportation to the south end of Guelph.
- Flexibility to work weekday morning, midday, and evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

Ability to commute/relocate:
