**What will you work on?**

As a member of the Global Supply Chain Architecture Team, the Training Specialist will be accountable for training and deploying best practices across the organization. The incumbent will act as a dedicated resource within the Global Supply Chain Architecture Team to drive adoption of our deployed processes and associated operating systems. They will work with business partners to implement and reinforce standard practices through the development and maintenance of core training programs across the organization. You will partner with functional business leaders and cross-functional partners to design develop and deliver training to multiple audiences across the globe. As the primary owner of our training program you will support the deployment of new/enhanced processes; develop/maintain training content [SOPs] and lead change management activities for assigned initiatives globally. The incumbent will be responsible for delivery across various learning experiences (virtual/classroom, on demand, micro learning, webinars, simulations, action learning) to support our global transformation initiatives. This role will follow and maintain standards for training guidelines, user feedback generation, collaboration with external content developers, and governance of overall content key transformation work. This will encompass all related systems including but not limited to the core ERP - s4 Hana

**How will you create impact?**
- Identify end-user training needs and recommend the appropriate internal training courses for the end-user community
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning programs employing various learning methods via blended learning programs such as e-learning, coaching, job shadowing, virtual instructor-led learning, job aids, etc.,
- Work in collaboration with internal business partners to identify training needs, develop and adapt new training programs.
- Work in collaboration with IT to prepare and deliver the relevant training
- Participate in the project planning to design/plan training deliverables and to execute on the training deliverable as per the plan
- Maintain business process and training documentation
- Assess the success of delivered learning program to evaluate and measure results and modify programs where necessary
- Stay abreast of leading industry learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies
- Develop a full understanding of end to end supply chain disciplines and related processes
- Select appropriate delivery methodology, develop lesson plans, and instructional materials

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Trainer or project change management specialist
- Cross-functional experience in IT is a significant asset
- Strong background in SAP and project management platforms
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, MSWord and MS Visio and Enable Now
- Experience in content curation methodologies, practice in using tools/processes for knowledge management (share points) is required.
- Experience in user centric design, Knowledge of LCMS, is preferred
