**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
To provide an excellent online customer experience that is unique and innovative. Establish and manage relationships with customers so they feel confident that you, and Red Wireless will always fulfill their needs in a timely manner.

**ARE YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?**
- Previous experience in retail and/or exceptional sales experience.
- Work well alone
- You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills which are complemented by a keen sense of strategic problem-solving.
- You have great communication skills in dealing with a variety of customers while adapting to their needs.
- You are proficient in basic computer programs such and Windows and Microsoft office.
- You have a strong technical aptitude (capacity to learn new systems) with a passion for technology.
- You have a knowledge of the Rogers suite of products and services and/or telecommunications sales experience is an asset.
- You are dedicated to the provision of exemplary service and consistently take the initiative to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Above all, you are driven, goal orientated and organized
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Manage relationships online, process online orders and provide support to our customers.
- Build and establish customer relationships with new and existing customers by providing exceptional support and after-sales experience.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through effective and proactive account management and customer touchpoints.
- Drive sales opportunities within our corporate employee discount (RPP-Rogers Preferred program) customer through a mess network of marketing campaigns
- Own the resolution of customer issues and resolve with urgency and good judgement.
- Act as a Rogers Ambassador by professionally representing the organization in accordance with the value standards.
- Promotion of Red Wireless as the key destination for all wireless needs.
- Maintain an expert level of Rogers products, services, promotions, policies and industry knowledge.
- Actively participate in Rogers training and coaching sessions as required. (Trello, FastTrack Training etc.)
- Increase wireless sales for both product and accessories. Collectively, increase revenue per activation with additional sales through accessories, value packs, device protection and apple care.
- Maintain a minimum of a 24 hour turn around time for all RPP requests during regular business hours.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and remain professional at all times.
- Maintain a positive attitude about your work environment and the organization.
- Utilize systems and programs to effectively manage order proficiency. (Pipedrive, Front, Formstack, etc).
