We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Stinson Equipment

Stinson is a full-service, traffic management and traffic safety company with three locations (Concord, Woodbridge, Gormley) in Ontario and has long been considered by those in the industry to be Ontario’s leader for traffic safety products and services. **You have**:

- A Customer Service or Inside Sales Professional with related experience
- An excellent communicator - you listen well, speak clearly, and compose business correspondence
- Detail oriented, adaptable, co-operative, and able to work under pressure
- Able to take direction as well as initiative, manage multiple tasks, deadlines, large volumes of work and a fast paced, service oriented environment
- Positive and have a strong work ethic
- Mature, can self-manage, organize, prioritize, and interact well with others
- Analytical and can anticipate and solve problems
- Able to adapt to change
- Computer literate and possess intermediate MS Office skills (excel, word, and outlook)
- Industry knowledge is a definite plus but not required

**As a Inside Sales Representative, you will**:

- Increase orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checking customers’ buying history
- Own, qualify and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts
- Identify ways for continuous improvement of processes
- Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order
- Review open customer order reports and take action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customers’ promised delivery date
- Maintain distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report, and notices, and customer notification
- Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management
- Participate in cross-training initiatives
- Other duties as required to support our awesome teams and customers
