**Inside Sales Representative - Product Sales**
**Reports to: Director, Sales Operations**

The Inside Sales Representative is part of a team that is responsible for quoting and order processing product sales, building relationships with our wholesale vendors and participating in customer service related tasks. Additionally, this role will be cross trained under the Sales Operations umbrella.
**The Role**:
- Provide accurate product sales quotes to our clients/wholesale vendors
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets with our product sales clients
- Provide account management support to our clients/wholesale vendors
- Build and maintain client relationships and build brand awareness with our wholesale vendors
- Visit wholesale vendors on a weekly basis
- Prepare and organize promotional packages/material for trade shows & conferences
- Provide routing information and issue shipping instructions
- Provide tracking, shipping history information, or freight quotes to customers
- Maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of products, policies and operating procedures
- Extensive product knowledge and technical knowledge will be required for troubleshooting
- Cross-train across various sales support and operational functions for back up support
- Identify process improvements to help improve departmental and business objectives
- Work independently and as part of the team
- Communicate and resolve challenges with internal departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in excel is required
- CRM experience is required
- 1+ years inside sales experience is required
- Experience selling to wholesalers is an asset
- 1+ year customer service back ground is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment
- Demonstrated time management, organizational and conflict resolution abilities
- Problem solver that provides solutions
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, multi task and follow up
- Self-motivated, self-dedicated, and result oriented
- Must possess valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Must be willing to be in office Tuesday’s and Thursday’s each week
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites 1 day per week
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
