Order Desk Administrator

Countryside Farms is an egg grading plant where we purchase eggs from Manitoba egg farmers, grade, package and market them to the consumer. We have been grading Manitoba-produced eggs for more than four decades, and we are looking to add the right individual to our team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Processing customer orders using SAP Business One software.
- Preparing paperwork and scheduling deliveries for out-of-province shipments.
- Working closely with the shipping department to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintaining tracking documents.
- Preparing credits.
- Answering phones as needed.

What you need:

- Strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook.
- High attention to details.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude.
- Able to work alone or in a team setting.
- Able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual.
- Minimum 2 years work-related experience.
- Previous experience using an accounting software is a definite asset.
- 100% on-site. No remote working available
