- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
