Your days will include:
- Daily processing of internal, external barn maintenance work orders and purchase orders in computerized maintenance management software (Wennsoft) program
- Perform third party invoice processing.
- Create work orders and purchase orders for weld shop inventory.
- Process expense reports for technician reimbursements.
- Continued development and documentation of office processes.
- Process scan sheets and purchase orders for when admin assistant projects is absent.
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you possess:
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
- The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- General Knowledge of accounting principles, Wennsoft Service Management and/or Job Cost would be an asset.
- Experience working in a continuous improvement environment and a propensity to learn are considered strong assets.
