As the dedicated key account interface, provide technical advisory support at all stages after machine delivery to service and repair, ensuring timely solutions and customer satisfaction, while capitalizing on parts and service sales opportunities to meet department profitability as per department KPIs. Act as a customer advisor and propose solutions that help improve the customer’s machines performance and reliability. Manage and enhance customers experience through effective communications and scheduled visits. Responsible for overseeing defined technical and commercial aspects of the customer service functions which support the business, in the designated region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake site visits and follow ups with the key account customer
- Build and maintain close longterm relationship with the various key account departments and location
- Analyze machine fleet population and condition (number, types, age, etc.) for inventory management
- Conduct machine inspections and prepare machine condition reports with upsell potentials
- Consult with the key account customer and parts advisor and drive proactive parts planning initiatives
- Provide equipment specific technical advice and guidance to customers, technicians and parts department
- Coordinate service offerings and parts sales initiatives
- Identify, pursue and close parts and service sales opportunities
- Prepare and manage quotes to customers
- Participate in the development and implementation of service and parts sales campaigns
- Drive sales growth of the service products and parts
- Liaise with service and parts department to address all customers concerns
- Work in conjunction with the warranty team to resolve customer warranty and claims issues
- Work in conjunction with the service team to resolve customer work orders and invoice disputes
- Work in close cooperation with equipment sales teams and share market knowledge (CRM, machine status, competition machines, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Support core program by pursuing core return for exchange and Reman program (e.g. components, engines accessories, hydraulic components)
- Promote sales of LiDAT licenses and provide customer training

**Competencies**:

- 10+ years relative Liebherr experience
- Specific equipment technical knowledge and expertise on earthmoving business area is required
- High level of professionalism and communication; customer liaison, relationship building with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers
- General financial and business acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
- MS Office, service reporting, time entry and metrics software
- Organization, time management and work assignment scheduling
- Valid driver's license, some travel is required
- Heavy Equipment License preferred
