The person in this position advises and coaches claims advisors and partner shops on developing their technical skills.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Review Estimates to any type of vehicle or automotive equipment and recommends ways of repairing in accordance with the company's standards and procedures- Establish the vehicle's value and proposes a settlement to the client, where it's determined that the vehicle is a "total loss"- Offer recommendations to various parties when they deem it appropriate- Writes up cost estimates and/or reports when needed.

Other working conditions- Work place: Position located in Burlington or Mississauga, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework #LI-Remote- Number of jobs available : 1

**Qualifications**:
- College diploma in a related field- A minimum of three years of relevant experience- Experience in Auto Body and Auto Estimatics (an asset)

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Training in I-CAR or equivalent (an asset)

Specific knowledge- knowledge of Windows and Mitchell Ultramate Estimating system or equivalent (an asset)
