**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.) and make corrections or forward problems to the proper IT resources as needed.
- Troubleshoot and support basic issues related to user based Smart Phones
- Advise IT staff on appropriate action to ensure end-user computing needs are met.
- Setup and maintain user accounts in Windows Server and AS400 environments
- Assist IT and other departmental employees with projects and support.
- Maintain accurate tracking and inventory of all workstations, software, printers, etc.
- Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
- Create and maintain documentation related to IT Support team operations possibly including end-user training documentation.
- Create and maintain reports written in MS Access, Excel and Query 400
- Maintain an awareness of IT industry and technology advances
- Occasional travel will be required related to facility moves, closures, openings, consolidations, etc.

**_ _**_Requirements:_**
- Remote support experience required
- Windows 7/Windows 10
- Microsoft Office 2013 and higher
- OS installation and configuration, or system imaging experience
- Network and local printer configuration
- Basic database design and reporting writing skills (MS Access, Excel, SQL, DB2)
- VOIP Telephony (Cisco)
- Install and diagnose network hardware and attached printers
- Help Desk incident and problem management required
- Ability to multi-task/Manage multiple projects/requests in a fast-paced environment
- Task and detail oriented
- Team Player
- Self-guided; works with a minimum of supervision
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Some travel required
