**ROLE SUMMARY**
We are looking for a hard-working and result oriented District Sales Manager to manage the sales operations within Newfoundland to lead the achievement of our company sales goals. The District Sales Manager’s responsibilities include identifying professional development opportunities for sales employees, encouraging positive employee relations, leading and inclusive work environment and continually growing the business. Setting sales targets for the district sales team and ensuring that those targets are met.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing and leading a field sales team to ensure they hit sales targets
- Leading an inclusive work environment
- Building and executing the sales strategy
- Customer management of key partners in Wholesale, Retail and On-Trade
- Process management and route to market focuses for the district
- Budget management and Data management
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education required
- Experience managing a team
- Experience creating and executing an annual strategy
- Experience in CPG, Beverage alcohol, or related field would be an asse
- Familiar with CRM and proficient with data management tools
