**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in audit or compliance role, assessing risks, testing controls, recommending process and controls improvements using industry best practices.
- Experience in identifying and assessing risks, designing and testing controls.
- Experience in risk management lifecycle, audit/compliance programs in organizations.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Certification in CPA/CIA/CCEP/RIMS-CRMP/CISA or a related certification.
- Experience in developing risk, control and/or compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with a large contingent workforce.
- Ability to work and communicate with teams and executive stakeholders cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
- Ability and willingness to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute multiple project plans to test effectiveness of controls which includes the objective, scope, approach, budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate, communicate, educate and influence policy, process and control owners throughout Google and at different levels to improve process and controls to mitigate compliance risks.
- Manage audit compliance and risk management.
