**YOUR MISSION**

As Digital Platform Strategist (AdOps), Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for increasing the impact of digital marketing and generating revenue based on digital activities across Cirque du Soleil Group, including the Touring Shows Division (TSD), Fixed Shows Division (FSD), Blue Man Group and MGM. Reporting directly to the President and COO, you will be responsible for driving growth by creating a more sophisticated and centralized digital ecosystem that will serve all business units. In this role, you will lead the digital media, online digital experience, data and analytics teams for the digital and online businesses, while collaborating with cross-functional teams within the brand, Sales and Marketing divisions. Approximately two direct reports will report to you, and your team will consist of approximately 25 associates.

**The Digital Platform Strategist (AdOps), Sales and Marketing will**:

- Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns on display, mobile, social media and video.
- Monitor ad performance metrics and resolve delivery issues.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure that advertising creative teams meet specifications and deadlines.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjusting targeting, budgets and creatives as needed.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, providing recommendations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and practices in digital advertising.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in digital campaign development, across platforms (Meta, CM360, etc).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy digital approaches that have a strong impact on campaign performance.
- An ability to build strong internal relationships for enhanced collaboration and engage others through strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- An entrepreneurial spirit and sense of initiative, an ability to successfully explore uncharted territory and a drive to achieve results;
