**About the Role**

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you’ll provide product and services sales support to clients, participate in outreach activities, and offer administrative support to the Client Services team.

You’ll work closely with the Client Services team, providing support by qualifying leads through initial contacts; maintaining up to date customer information in the CRM; contacting clients to encourage renewals; developing and providing client reports and usage statistics; preparing standard quotes and agreements; and ensuring training materials and related documentation are kept up to date.

**What You Have**
- A Secondary school diploma and at least two years of experience working in a customer service role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience and good knowledge of word processing, and spreadsheet software (e.g. Word, Excel and Clientele), as well as client management software (CRM).
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing fluently in both official languages is required.

**Salary**:Within the range of **$59,400** - **$74,251** (CCOHS-06) per annum.

**Type: Full-time, temporary up to 12 months, unionized position**
