Using professional and experiential knowledge, the Business Application Ownership and Management team works in close partnership with corporate functions and technology, as well as aligns to project management, business analysis, business management, strategy and governance.

**About this Role**

**As a Business Application Analyst III, you will**:

- Intake of projects and major initiatives; may provide project management support
- Act as a decision-maker on project components time to time for getting Subject Matter Expert inputs to make decisions
- Document all business-owned artifacts that are required for projects and major initiatives under the Bank's Project Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) methodology
- Identify and recommend workflow enhancements, process improvement, automation
- Be responsible for all Business Acceptance Test (BAT) documentation, working closely with Test Lead, adhering to PDLC and TD's Data Governance Framework
- Establish partnership with Technology to review, discuss and ensure all business requirements are met
- Raise issues, provide feedback and keep team informed and up to date about project status

- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- Three (3) or more years relevant experience
- Knowledge of function policies, procedures and practices as well as competitor and market trends with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in using analytical software tools, MS Office, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
- Proficient to work multi-functionally and independently, communicate (both speaking and writing), follow instructions/direction and help building positive relationships across teams and functions
