Commercial Accounts Sales Representative

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to increase revenue and expand the scope of business with clients.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals for Commercial Sales activities, including new bike fleet sales, servicing options, and service contracts.
- Document Management: Prepare and manage statements of work documents for commercial clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the details.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with velofix Operations Team to communicate client requirements, resolve issues, and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Google Workspace and Salesforce: Utilize Google Workspace and Salesforce to manage client data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Presentation Delivery: Deliver engaging slide decks for sales presentations, client meetings, and promotional materials.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to resolve any inquiries or concerns from commercial clients.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates to monitor progress, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Passion for Business Development : Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for driving profitable growth and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle through cycling.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills with a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
- Educational Background: A degree or relevant coursework in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, taking on new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Team Player: Collaborative and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
