We’re a registered Private Career College in the Etobicoke area that's offering a Part-Time Student Services Coordinator position for those who excel in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Responsible for ensuring that students are properly interviewed and screened to meet the school’s admissions criteria.

**Position Summary**:
Provides administrative and operational support to school and students. Maintains day
- to
- day administration and coordination in such areas as admissions, financial aid, program orientation, class management and graduate career placement services. Administrative experience in the Education Sector would be an asset.

**Essential Functions**:

- Establishes, updates, maintains and follow’s
- up with the appropriate staff/students for class and individual files (both electronic and hard copy) in accordance with applicable regulations, policies and standards. For example, Attendance records, Grades/Tests, Make-up sheets, Warning letters, Diplomas and Final Transcripts, ODP and Drive Clean, Communication Reports and Progress Reports, Medical/Legal letters.
- Serves as a central point of liaison with other departments and external constituencies in matters concerning operational functions.
- Interprets, enforces and ensures compliance of academic and operational policies and procedures for the school, government and other relevant organizations.
- Provides administrative and clerical support to ATC Management.
- Researches information, compiles statistics, and gathers and computes various data to prepare and update a variety of reports.
- Composes and edits technical/ and or administrative correspondence and documentation.
- Provides liaison, referral, and advocacy for students as appropriate to their professional and career development efforts and to other academic or non
- academic concerns.
- Assists with preparation and presentation of new class starts by organizing/ordering books & supplies, orientation packages, attendance sheets, student signature paperwork, create new attendance sheets
- Assist in Financial Aid when necessary
- Participate in the graduation committee scheduled for the end of the year.
- Performs miscellaneous job
- related duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
