Responsibilities:

- Perform the day to day accounting and office administrator tasks as required
- Project allocations
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial stability and profitability
- Perform financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Utilize Quickbooks Online to maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
- Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor payments and expense reimbursements
- Oversee payroll functions, including processing employee salaries and benefits

**Experience**:

- Experience in accounting or finance
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks online accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
