_**NuView Diagnostics **_is searching for an experienced, career-driven individual to take on the role of Office Manager. If you are a professional looking for an excellent portfolio builder with a twist of challenge, this position is for you. The Office Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support. This includes: coordinating and communicating office activities, financial management, regulatory compliance, human resources, and general troubleshooting. _Business Development_ : building and implementing new modalities, ministry reviews, X-ray and ultrasound system wide preparation and implementation, managing contactors, hiring of technical staff. The Office Manager will foster an environment of continuous growth, high achievement, morale and dedication to quality service and patient care. In addition, Office Manger will be responsible for the safety requirements of the organization's facilities and assets.

**Job Duties**
- Planning, directing, and execution of the overall operations of NuView Diagnostics
- Staff scheduling
- Payroll
- Thorough PACS and RIS administration and management
- Overseeing general administrative and clerical duties (booking of patients, answering phones, coordinating with Radiologists, supplies management)
- Human Resources ( coordinate, direct, and evaluate daily activities of staff, administrative staff training, update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ministry requirements)
- Working with Quality Advisor to ensure all ministry directives are implemented
- IPAC policy development and administration
- Coordinate administrative, fiscal, and technical activities to ensure efficient operation of the business
- Coordinate with IT
- Basic accounting (accounts payable and receivable)
- Design, develop, and implement ways to improve service delivery and administrative procedures
- Work with ownership to develop benchmarks and metrics for patient service and employee performance.
- Monthly meetings with ownership
- Prepare reports and complete questionnaires as required by the Ministry of Health and other external agencies
- The manager will be a member of the Quality Assurance Committee

**Qualifications and Abilities**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, health sciences, or diagnostic imaging
- Demonstrated leadership/ supervisory ability to manage daily operations, establish expectations and priorities, and achieve effective and efficient resource utilization
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, significant decision making abilities and effective conflict resolution skills in day-to-day management activities
- Ability to manage and lead under high pressure

**Assets**
- PACS/RIS experience is an asset
- Previous Diagnostic imaging experience is a **strong** asse**t**
