Brightside Dental Care Stonewall, currently has a career opportunity for a **full time**:
**PRACTICE MANAGER**
The Practice Manager is responsible for the effective operation of the Practice, including resource management, leadership of staff, and assisting with the development and implementation of operational plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership to the clinical and business teams; including staffing decisions, coaching, and performance management;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring compliance with standards, policies and procedures;
- Foster a strong team environment that will attract, retain and develop existing and potential staff.
- Ensure understanding of Brightside Dental Care’s mission, vision and core values; partner effectively with the management team and others to execute on operational plans.
- Promote and clearly communicate change initiatives within the Practice.
- Act as Lead Treatment Coordinator within the clinic

**Education and Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of post-secondary education in a business management or people management field, plus 5 years of job-related experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff management skills are required.
- Must have the ability to build trust and maintain positive team relationships.
- Must have effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Strong decision making, prioritization, and judgement is required.
- Knowledge of dental office operations would an asset.
