**The Opportunity**
- Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC), one of Canada’s leading conservation organizations, is looking for a driven and knowledgeable HRIS Analyst to join our team

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for providing support, coaching and guidance on HR systems, reporting, metrics, and overall HR system processes. This role is responsible for supporting Business Centre Owners’ reporting needs through the development of reports, analysis of process efficiencies, and measurement of HR programs.

This role leverages and interprets data into meaningful tools to help leaders make solid decisions for today and for the future including but not limited to:

- Metrics and Reporting:

- Create and prepare HR and Corporate metrics reports based on data and information gathered from HRIS systems and HR portfolios.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partners to develop divisional reports and dashboards along with Corporate and Operational dashboards to review progress of various HR programs (i.e., attendance, vacation, etc.).
- Analyze metrics results by defining trends and benchmarks for leaders (HR or other divisions) to support in the development of ongoing strategic and operational planning.
- Ensure all metrics developed are accurate and effective for better decision making.
- Position Management and Control
- Develop processes to support position management in alignment with Finance and Business Planning processes.
- Develops position files and tracking of position data for reference.
- Working with the HR Coordinator, ensures that organizational charts are a current reflection of budgeted positions.
- Compensation Program and Administration
- Administers the annual merit process including coordinating all communication, system requirements, and reporting.
- Participates in compensation surveys and identifies emerging trends to ensure DUC remains competitive as a Not-for-Profit organization and develops recommendations for implementation.
- Maintains the compensation structures and compensation materials/tools.
- Contract Administration
- Maintain all HR contracts and update all policies and practices related to benefits to ensure proper alignment
- Track all aspects of contract including timing, costs, and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in HR systems, reporting and metrics is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business. Equivalency of education and experience will be considered.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (Intermediate level), PowerBI and other reporting and dashboard tools.
- Proficient in using HRIS, payroll systems and in managing benefit programs. ADP WFN experience is an asset.
- Payroll experience is a strong asset.
- Experience in other HR process and functions is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of DB/DC pension administration.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable to change and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly analytical with sound judgement, high level of integrity, able to keep confidential information secure.
- Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset.
