Office Assistant

Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (QBO) or some experience in other online accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Salary**: From $48,500.00 per year
