As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be frontline support for walk-in customers in our Mississauga Showroom. Daily, you will be assisting customers with their purchasing decisions of welding equipment & tools, taking in-person orders, picking orders from our Warehouse and managing the showroom's inventory and merchandising duties.
**What will you be doing?**
- Support walk-in customers with their purchases
- Manage pick-up orders
- Replenish stock in the showroom
- Work in conjunction with Support and Warehouse team to resolve issues with customer orders

**What we're looking for**:
- Passion for customer service with a friendly can-do attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Greater than 3 years in a customer-facing role, sales experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Suite
- Must be performance driven with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work in-store Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 per week
