In operation since 2008, The MRG Group has grown to become Canada’s largest independent entertainment company, and through its ownership of 10 hospitality properties and 6 venues across Canada, the business is passionate about providing positive shareable experiences for its guests, 500+ employees, and partners.

In addition, The MRG Group owns and operates an events business, travel company, digital publication, and ticketing service Admit One. In 2021, the business expanded its presence into the U.S., signing its first venue deals with properties in New York and California later that year.

**The Role**
- Manage the execution of marketing initiatives for our hospitality businesses, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve KPIs aligned with brand and business objectives, in collaboration with key stakeholders such as national, regional and property leadership & management
- Regularly visit properties during peak hours to better understand our guest experience, support operators from a marketing perspective and ensure a consistent content strategy
- Be a key stakeholder in bringing regular programming and tentpole event concepts to life through thoughtful planning, strong creative concepts and flawless campaign execution
- Build paid media plans, submit briefs and actively buy ads on relevant platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and more.
- Make recommendations for marketing budget optimization and targeting
- Work closely with the Creative and Web Development team on marketing collateral to ensure consistent with brand standards
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role/capacity
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of digital media buying platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Marketing Agency experience considered an asset
- Experience within the Hospitality or Experience Industry considered an asset
- Experience in writing creative briefs considered an asset
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

**Terms & Expectations**
- Due to the nature of the work, after hours correspondence may be required

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
