**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Associate Director, PMO, the Project Manager is accountable for the implementation aspects of budget, schedule, and quality of ROHL projects. The Project Manager provides risk management to the Project Management team and builds upon a solid reputation of professional relationships and successful project delivery.
- **This is a term position that will run for the 2024 Construction Season (spring to winter freeze up).**_

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Must be able to work on-site for extended periods of time - 70% in Field**:

- Proficiently manage the project lifecycle in line with key project timings, internal processes, and stakeholder standards. Examples of this are: scope, risks, change requests
- Collaborate with senior executives and business stakeholders to enable prioritizing of deliverables based on company objectives
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery and adapt/modify as necessary
- Accountable for attaining the project’s milestones
- Prioritize and manage project backlogs to maintain project objectives, create project plans and optimize the utilization of team members
- Reports on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
- Work directly with Field Operations foremen to successfully and professionally deliver the project objectives
- Provide direction and assist in obtaining all necessary permitting approvals required within the project’s scope
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring that the standard of delivery and production provided to clients continually meets and exceeds expectations
- Customer satisfaction - constantly managing customer expectations in line with their budget and timeframe. Ensuring that the standard of service provided to clients continually meets and exceeds client expectations

**Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business or combination of relevant education and experience
- 5-10 years’ experience in leading Field based Project Management with a demonstrated ability to lead highly effective teams
- Experience managing 10M+ annual budget projects and experience working with telecom fiber optics projects
- Complex conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build, support and maintain effective relationships with First Nations
- Ability to work directly alongside 3rd party Engineering firms (typically embedded within the Operations Field contingents)
- Analytical and good communication skills in both oral and written abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven teamwork ability
- Motivated self-starter who is results driven, with applied multitasking skills

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
