**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS**:

- Manage the filing and compliance.
- Work closely with project team to ensure successful project execution and completion.
- Initiate and coordinate initial kick off meeting for new projects.
- Complete new project set up and track all documentation, payments, change orders and correspondence.
- Attend all regular meetings, record meeting minutes, present updates.
- Creation of new projects, entering inventory, and PO’s in Moducore.
- Maintain paper and electronic project files as required for project administration.
- Maintaining contract with select subcontractors and being responsible for some subcontract administration, including defining work scope, answering inquiries, and progress.
- Assessing cost and schedule impact before reviewing with project manager. Performing simple estimates.
- Assisting project manager in crafting and issuing tender packages and subcontracts and supervising their progress.
- Maintaining and performing project document control and procedures (coordinating RFIs, shop drawing and submittal process, maintaining as-built drawings, etc.).
- Assisting project manager and superintendent in managing and reporting overall project or select scope performance as per site HSE, cost management, schedule, and quality.
- Preparing and tracking progress claims and estimates.
- Other duties as required

**TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology/systems.

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous project coordination experience
- Practical experience with Modular Structure Manufacturing an asset
- Construction trade certification with equivalent experience, or post-secondary diploma or degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
- 5 years of construction experience in an operational role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple supervisors and sub-trades.
- Intermediate knowledge of construction specifications, methods and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful applicant must be willing take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test. Travel and mobility will be required.
- Class 5 non GDL license, with clean driving abstract.

**WORK CONDITIONS**:

- Office based position, with some flexibility of working remotely
- Site work/Out of town work may be required
- May be required to operate a fleet vehicle for business purposes
- Some travel to various sites may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
