The assistant general sales manager position is full time year around role with Trailer Pros Canada specialized in selling utility, landscape, dump, equipment, enclosed, tilt n load and auto/race haulers. Trailer Pros Canada a subsidiary company of Leisure Days RV Group located at 409 County Rd. 2 Gananoque, Ontario.

Along with the salary there are a competitive commission and bonus

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager
- Ensure the RV inventory on the website is up to date (current)
- Check in newly arriving RVs/trailers.
- Ensure inventory is in retail ready condition and prepare reports.
- Help generate sales appointments and close deals.
- Motivate, encourage, and train staff as directed.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Locate and arrange for dealer trades as needed.
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports daily.
- Integral in helping support sales staff, and close deals.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Assist the General Sales Manager in daily tasks, and commission of deals.
- Ensure a complete knowledge of monthly incentives, rates, and objectives.

- Ability to follow Leisure Days RV Group processes and procedures.

- Reliable, strong work ethic, professional appearance is a must
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to listen and provide solutions to customer issues
- Should have a passion to do a great job and strive to exceed expectation
- Must possess strong conflict resolution skills
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
