Then this is the role for you The Business Process Advisor will support the Business Process Owner of (Manage People) HR. The role requires deep understanding of Business Process Management and Improvement knowledge to better the organization and thrive for a better future in Suncor.

Minimum Requirements:
- Ten years of relevant experience- Experience with project management and methodologies as well as personal project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently- Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, problem solving, Six Sigma, etc.)- Facilitation skills (conduct workshops, facilitate discussions, work with stakeholders, ability to find common ground)- Strong communication skills (work across multiple teams & help different groups understand each other)

**Responsibilities**:
- Partnering with Business Process Owners (BPO) to delivery on end-to-end Business Process Mandate and service offering.- The role supports a specific portfolio and partners with the BPO to identify and lead performance improvement opportunities based on data/metrics/benchmarking- Responsible for support stewardship and governance across the business process area and will be key in integrating Enterprise Business Process requirements on behalf of the BPO- Interest, aptitude and passion for Process and Data Management- Critical thinking includes learning not only about changing business needs, but also the evolving field of process management and improvement

Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday- Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model to provide our employees with a combination of office-based work and ‘work from home’ flexibility.
