Real Estate Administrator Full-time

**Are you a positive, hard-working individual looking for a new opportunity? We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Full Time Real Estate Receptionist/Administrator to join our award winning team.**
**Previous real estate experience is preferred.**
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide support to our Agents, Clients, Management, and to ensure that our front desk operations are functioning smoothly and efficiently.
- Answering calls using our web-based VOIP phone system
- Taking and sending messages to Agents using our internal paging system Brokerbay
- Book/Confirm/attempt listing appointment requests using Brokerbay
- Receiving deposit cheques and preparing deposit receipts
- Brokerloading listings into the Toronto MLS
- Processing price changes and other amendments on MLS listings
- Preparing offers, amendments, notice of fulfillments and other real estate forms via Skyslope Forms
- Organize listing paperwork using google drive and Skyslope
- Assist Agents with various tasks such as typing, drafting letters and other documents
- Stock/order office supplies, keeping the office organized, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Previous real estate reception experience required
- Experienced with TRREB MLS/Stratus/Realm/Skyslope/DigiSign, BrokerBay, Gmail/Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new programs and platforms
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
