**Position Overview**

Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of Graphic and Visualization projects in collaboration with Senior Management and the Marketing department. Creates and manages jobs in fields such as graphics, animations, illustrations, photos, videos and presentational materials.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Working alongside senior members in developing and using renderings/illustrations (2d and 3d), elevations, animations, video, photography, sound editing and graphical elements to embrace all stages in design: assist with creating early design massing models all the way to creating high-end marketing material.

Develop conceptual, theme oriented, architectural graphic and way-finding programs.

Produce high quality renderings, videos and animations that fits under branding guidelines.

Builds and maintains render farm, directories, video/photo libraries, model libraries and texture libraries.

Creates pre-flight plan, and site inspections for drone flying. Comfortable in piloting or co-piloting drone equipment. Update and maintain SFOCs, logs and co-ordinate with ministry of transportation.

Periodically goes to under-construction and completed building sites to record video or capture photos using DSLR camera, drone and/or time-lapse cameras.

Research and implement future and current trends in the visualization industry.

Assist Architectural team in preparation of presentations.

Act as the point of contact and liaison between all of Prica Global Enterprises subsidiaries.

Assist in administration and coordination duties for multiple departments as required.

Provide photography and video services at company events.

Support in the staging and photography of units for marketing material

This includes coordinating with subcontractors for staging units and staffing.

Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
5+ years of experience

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Bachelor's degree or Certificates in Architecture, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related field.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

Model, texture, light and render both interior and exterior 3d content for animations and renderings.

In a PC environment, has expertise in 3D Studio Max (with V-Ray/Mental Ray renderer plugin), Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Audition, Premiere and After Effects) and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Has mínimal knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Revit.

Ability to work well within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Knowledgeable in using a DSLR camera with different lenses.

Knowledgeable in basic lighting set ups for video and photography.

Experience in pre-flight planning and piloting drones.

Fall arrest training for working in high areas.

Experience with large
- and small-scale architecture projects such as residential, commercial and mixed-use designs.

Manage projects and lead a team of visualization/graphic experts in delivering the end result.

Follow client, marketing and design teams' preferences with regards to textures, colours, style, décor, etc.

Multi-task and work on various projects at any given time.

Effectively manage rendering times.

Ability to work well within a team and work independently.
