**A Day in the Life**:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing exceptional service, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Networking to generate leads while actively contributing to the growth of our company.
- Identifying, prospecting, and developing a client base for both commercial and personal lines insurance which includes cold-calling and on-site visits.
- Collaborating with underwriters and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive insurance proposals are provided to clients.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Collaborating with the team to develop sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of insurance sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- RIBO License is required.
