***A Day in the Life**

This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and utilizing data analysis techniques to support data-driven decision-making to drive HR initiatives.

Additional key responsibilities include:

- Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPI’s) and provide insights to HR leadership.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and correlations, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team member engagement.
- Collaborate with the HRIS architect to ensure accurate and reliable data, collection, storage and reporting needs are optimized within the HRIS (UKG) system.
- Assist in the design and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR processes.
- Provide support in HR projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and policy development by conducting data analysis and offering insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain HR process documentation, including job aids and workflows.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR business analyst or similar role, preferably in engineering consulting.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., excel, PowerBI, etc) to analyze and present complex data sets.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
