**Travel**: Yes, approximately 50% International USA, Canada, and Mexico. Need to work Overtime on Weekend as well
**Who we are looking for**:
- 5+ Years of experience.
- Looking for someone who can navigate PLCs and PC controls, including troubleshooting skills.
- Current understanding of PCs and operating electrical and mechanical drawings systems in industrial control.
- Will support existing Robotics and PLC Seibi and will take over responsibilities as the project progresses.
- A highly motivated, well-organized, critical thinker and a reliable individual capable of PLC and Robot programming as well as troubleshooting modern machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to navigate PLCs and PC controls, including troubleshooting skills.
- Current understanding of PC’s and operating electrical and mechanical drawings systems in industrial control
- PLC understanding and being able to make program changes.
- Be able to program a robot with an end effector to perform tasks such as pick and place
- Perform basic troubleshooting using standard electrical/mechanical equipment, detailed drawings, and machine manuals.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Will be supporting major model changes at the Woodstock and Cambridge plants
- Will support existing Robotics and PLC Seibi and will take over responsibilities as the project progresses
- Will take on the role of Seibi for post processes (End Mill, Vibration Welding) after Instrument Panel injection molding
- Would be supporting pre-production activities for plastic molds and or equipment as follows:
- Injection/slush/monogram molding, endmill, Universal Milling or vibration weld machine
- Programming multi-axis robots for take-out devices, air bag cut machine, trim machine, universal punch or End-Mill machine
- Data collection/analysis as required by the process area
- Part measurement via microscope and/or calipers
- Perform “hands-on” Seibi tasks as needed to complete work objectives
- Depending on project needs, travel is required for this role at other sites in the USA, Canada, and Mexico - 50% approximately
- Should be able to navigate SharePoint.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $32.00-$37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
