Fil-Trek Corporation is a leading manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe. Our products are designed and manufactured at our Cambridge, ON facility.

We are looking for an experience **Automation Technician **to join our team. This position would include on-site preventive maintenance, completion of maintenance work orders, troubleshooting and project work.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on maintenance experience, with a strong focus on automation.
- Licensed, unlicensed millwrights, automation technicians and maintenance mechanics.
- Electrical background, with the ability to read electrical drawings, install and set-up instrumentation, pumps, motors and valves.

**Qualifications**:

- Provincial Electricians Ticket (442A or 309A) or applicable substitute.
- Experience with automated equipment required.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
- Ability to interpret and design electrical schematics
